# Multi-event programs ## What this covers This playbook explains how to run tours, seasons, festival editions, or campus-wide programs as one coordinated operation — shared branding, cross-event promoters, program-level memberships, and consolidated reporting. ## Where to start - Open **Admin Dashboard** → **Events** to create or duplicate dates in a series. - Open **Admin Dashboard** → **Reports** for cross-event exports. - For campus or multi-department programs, review organization and entity settings under **Profile** → organization tools.  ## Playbook ### 1. Standardize the event template Build one “gold master” event (tiers, fees, checkout questions, Hub modules) and duplicate it for each date or city.
