Functn community plays — memberships, member perks, communications, and post-event engagement that drive repeat attendance and lifetime value.

**Who can use this feature?** Organizers. Offer a membership from Orders → Membership. Email people from Marketing → Email Campaigns. Open Event Hub from Events. ## Engage your community 1. From **Orders**, click **Membership**, then **Create Membership**.  2. Open **Marketing** → **Email Campaigns**, then click **Compose Email**.  3. From the dashboard, click **Events**. On an event with a **Hub** badge, click **Manage Event Hub** (the network icon).
